From your logo to their door
You see the price per piece and the date your gifts arrive before you pay anything. Here is everything that happens after that, step by step.
What happens, step by step
The first three steps happen on the gift page while you watch. After that, our studio and production team take over, and we tell you how it is going.
Find a gift
Browse the shop, search for what you have in mind, or let the Gift finder suggest some. Every gift shows its price, its minimum order and how long it takes.
Put your logo on it
Upload your logo and place it on the print area. You see it on the gift straight away. If the file is too small or blurry to print well, we tell you as you upload it.
See the price and the date
Choose a quantity. The price per piece includes printing, setup and delivery to your door in Singapore, with no GST added. Next to it is the date your gifts arrive.
On most gifts the price shown is for the minimum order. For more pieces it is the most you will pay per piece, and we confirm your exact price on your invoice.
To get your exact price for more pieces, use “Get my exact price” on the gift page. It is free: we check the price for your quantity and email it to you.
Pay the booking fee
On your first order you pay only the S$100 booking fee at checkout, and all of it goes towards that order.
Once your booking fee is paid, there is nothing to pay up front: we invoice each order by bank transfer.
We check your proof
A designer in our studio checks your logo: its size, position, colours and the print method. We fix anything that needs it, or ask you, then send you the proof.
Approve it
Approve the proof yourself, or send a sign-off link to your manager or finance team. They can approve from the link, without an account.
On your first order, once the proof is approved we email you the invoice for the rest, which you pay by bank transfer.
We make your gifts
We email you when production starts, when your gifts pass their quality check and when they ship. Your order page shows every step with its date, and a tracking link you can forward to your team.
Delivered to your door
Delivery in Singapore is in the price. If the date changes along the way, we email you the new one.

Need them by a certain day?
Type your date into “Need it by?” on any gift. You see straight away whether it arrives in time, how many days you have to spare, and the last day to order and pay to keep that date.
If it would be late, we show the faster options that make it, where the gift has them, and other gifts that arrive in time.
As Christmas, Chinese New Year and other busy dates come close, our home page lists the last day to order for each.
The date we show is when the gifts reach your door, not when they leave the factory. It already counts the proof check, production and delivery.
What changes the date
- The gift and the quantity. Each gift has its own production time, and large quantities can take longer.
- The print method. Some, such as embroidery, take a little longer. Some gifts can also be made faster for a higher price.
- Public holidays. We count working days in China, where gifts are made, and in Singapore, where they are delivered. Factories close around Chinese New Year, and our dates allow for it.
- The time you order. Orders placed after 3pm Singapore time start the next working day.
- Your approval and payment. Your order page shows when to approve the proof and pay to keep the date. If either comes later, the date moves and we email you the new one.
