The date you see includes proofing, production and every delivery leg, so you can plan your event around it.

If the printed item differs from the proof you approved, we reprint it.
Paperwork your finance team expects
Pay by bank transfer. Every order gets a numbered invoice, and official quotes and invoices are in your account. Add your PO number at checkout; it is printed on your invoice.
Questions buyers ask
Is there a minimum order?
Each gift shows its minimum order on its page, next to the price. You can order fewer pieces, but you pay the total for the minimum order. Above the minimum, the price per piece goes down as the quantity goes up.
What is included in the price?
Everything to your door: the product, printing, setup, artwork checks and delivery in Singapore. We do not charge GST, and nothing is added on top: on your first order, the S$100 booking fee you pay at checkout is credited to that order in full, not added to it.
How fast is the proof?
An AI proof with exact placement and a photo preview is ready in about a minute. A person checks it again before production starts.
When will it arrive?
The date shown counts proof checking, production and every delivery leg for your address. Choose air or sea where both are available.
What is the booking fee?
On your first order you pay only the S$100 booking fee at checkout, credited to that order; the rest is paid by bank transfer after your proof is approved. Once your booking fee is paid, there is nothing to pay up front: we invoice each order by bank transfer. The fee also unlocks official PDF quotes, and if an order is cancelled it stays as credit for the next one.
Can you register as our vendor?
Yes. Add your company details in your account, under Company details, then download our vendor pack: a supplier information sheet.
Where do you deliver?
To your door, at any address in Singapore. Delivery is in the price, and an order from the shop includes delivery to one address. To send it to many addresses in Singapore, add a recipient list in your cart; for gifts on different dates, use the Gift calendar.
